New the Astier de Villatte collection, the Dauphin incense holder is made by one of a few studios in central Paris still actively producing ceramic tableware using traditional 18th century methods. The design is inspired from eclectic antiques collected by company owners Benoit Astier de Villatte and Ivan Pericoli from flea markets and charity shops to give the pieces their signature wonky whimsical style – always featuring their signature milky white glaze over black terracotta.
